The Chemi FX6/9 is a premium multi fluorescence and chemiluminescence imaging system built for researchers who need outstanding sensitivity and precision in chemiluminescent and fluorescent Western blot and gel imaging. With advanced CCD technology and intuitive GelSys software, it delivers publication-quality results, capturing more detail and providing reproducible, high-quality data.

Sensitive: Achieves highly sensitive Western blot imaging comparable to film without a darkroom, capturing both strong and faint bands within a wide dynamic range to eliminate saturation. Equipped with 6MP/9MP resolution and an F/0.8 lens, it clearly resolves closely spaced bands for sharp, precise images.
Versatile: Handles chemiluminescence, multiplex fluorescence, stain-free imaging, and gel documentation on a single platform. Configure up to five light sources using RGB, FR, and IR HI-LED modules with a 5-position gantry. The large viewing area also supports in-vivo fluorescence, tissue sections, plants, 2D gels, and multi-well plates.
Integrity: Captures publication-ready Western blot images easily with GelSys software, offering chemi capture modes and intuitive fluorescence imaging, plus integrated tools for editing, exporting, and analyzing data via GelTools. Designed for regulated environments, the software supports GLP and CFR 21 Part 11 compliance, with available IQ/OQ/PQ validation documentation.
